Driving Directions
105 Marshland Lane, Greer, SC - Greenville/Spartanburg International Airport: Take I-85 South towards Greenville. Take Exit 56 (Pelham/Greer/ 14). Turn right onto Highway 14 and continue for 2/10 mile. Turn left onto Johns Road, which becomes West Phillips Road. Continue for one mile to the stop sign, and turn right onto Gibb Shoals Road. After approximately 7/10 mile turn right into Chartwell Estates (main entrance with fountain). Turn left and The Candleberry Inn will be the first house on your left (a large, white cape cod).

Please do not call the property, as they will not have our discounted rates in their system. Bed type and smoking preferences are not guaranteed. Your reservation is prepaid and is guaranteed for late arrival. The total charge includes all room charges and taxes, as well as fees for access and booking. Any incidental charges such as parking, phone calls, and room service will be handled directly between you and the property.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled 72 hours or more prior to arrival will be assessed a Charge of $25.
Reservations cancelled less than 72 hours prior to arrival will be assessed A charge of $25 plus the cost of one night's stay, tax recovery charges, Service fees, cleaning fees, and any other inclusive surcharges.
A $25 change fee applies once the reservation has been confirmed.
A credit card imprint may be required at time of check in for telephone and Any incidental charges that may be incurred.
No refunds will be made for no-shows or early checkouts.
